| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Minimum order value, including postage, packing and VAT is £10.00. UK First Class, Royal Mail normally delivers next working day, insured to a value of £36. UK First Class Recorded, Royal Mail normally delivers next working day, signature required, insured to a value of £36. UK Special Delivery Next Day, Royal Mail delivers next working day by 1pm, signature required, insured to a maximum value of £2,500. Please note restrictions do apply, see Royal Mail. International Airmail, insured to a value of £36. International Signed for Airmail, signature required, insured to a value of £36. | Delivery Schedule We will despatch your order as soon as possible, most orders are despatched the same day. If there is going to be a delay we will try and let you know as quickly as we can. UK orders should be received in 1 or 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 7 days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Guarantee All of our products carry guarantees from manufacturers, the information relating the guarantee can normally be found in the product - in the case of engines it is generally in the instructions sheets. We at Just Engines are committed to Customer Service and to the quality of the products we sell. We will always repair or replace faulty goods where we are the importer and responsible for the warranty. In situations where the warranty is given by a third party, for example Ripmax Ltd in the case of OS engines, we will return the item to them and ask them to repair or replace the item for you. |

| Returns Policy If you wish to change your mind and return your goods for exchange or refund, you must tell us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods - You can do this by email. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned in 'as new' condition in undamaged packaging and to pay the return postage. Specially made 'custom items' such as manifolds and silencers are expressly excluded and are only returnable if faulty or not made to specification. Special order engines or spare parts that are ordered in specially for you are also non-returnable unless faulty. If you do unfortunately receive faulty goods, or we make a mistake, please contact us and we will do our best to sort everything out for you as quickly as possible. |
